The A.B. Clark Beach requires regular maintenance plus an average of $5,000 annually to grade and repair the seasonal vehicle access to the parking area, maintain the parking area and maintain a footbridge. Membership dues and other money raised pay for beach stickers for members and a summer gatekeeper at the beach entrance.

The AGN also maintains the "Welcome to Great Neck" Triangle and sign at the entrance to Great Neck. An AGN volunteer spring clean-up collects and disposes of refuse and litter from the Triangle and Clark Beach, as well as landscapes and weeds the Triangle.

An annual AGN Scholarship is awarded to a deserving high school senior from Great Neck who is a member of AGN.

An annual Oktoberfest and raffle is held to raise funds. Other friendly social gatherings with opportunities for communication networking between neighbors are also held.

An annual Turkey Tune-Up 5K Run/Walk is held as the main fundraiser for the scholarship.

Wine-Tasting Parties are hosted by Great Neck residents.
